A new study suggests eating fruits and vegetables does more to prevent heart disease than cancer. Researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health found that people who ate at least 5 servings a day of fruits and vegetables had a 28% lower risk of heart disease than people who ate less than 1.5 servings per day.
